Yvonne Mishler and Kings Amish Furniture are fantastic to work with. We ordered 5 stools for our bar and 4 stools for our kitchen island. The quality is outstanding and everything was delivered ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Kings Amish Furniture for their high quality products and outstanding customer service.

Ben & Kyle were absolutely FANTASTIC bringing in our new bedroom set and we couldn't be more pleased! They went above and beyond our expectations and we are so happy with our furniture and the entire experience.

After looking high and low for a bedroom set that not only is great furniture but also is eye catching, I finally found it at Kings!
Ben and Terry were GREAT to work with and very helpful in getting exactly what I want.
I wanted to increase the size of a nightstand and within a phone call, Done!

Working with Kings Amish Furniture has been the best experience we’ve had in decades. From sales to delivery everything has been excellent. When we discovered a small imperfection in one of our nightstands and an indentation in the other after delivery, they were quick to respond. They replaced and delivered new nightstands, no questions asked. Service is impeccable and their employees are courteous respectful. Will definitely refer them to friends and family looking for quality furniture.

This is our second experience with Kings Amish Furniture. What a delight, easy to work with, selections abundance, workmanship is superb, sales and delivery spot on.

Kings built us two beautiful bookcases. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Communication was excellent. Delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery performed by two competent and kind gentlemen. We are thrilled.

Roger was very helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn’t any high pressure sales, which I appreciated. I picked out a set and it was delivered in 2 days! Went to Kings furniture for our first stop and then went all around to compare different furniture Kings is without a doubt the best. Went back and bought the dining table we first looked at as it was the best made furniture. We actually bought the table from the showroom and they delivered it the following week. What a great experience working with them.

We have purchased multiple pieces from Kings Amish Furniture over the years. Each experience, from our initial conversation through delivery has been simple and enjoyable. Their newest location on Willowdale Dr. is very spacious and Yvonne was amazing to work with.
If you are visiting the Lancaster area in search of heirloom quality furniture, I would highly recommend Kings being your first stop.

I had the most pleasant, fun experience working with Curt and Janis at the Rockville store. They were absolutely delightful and clearly there to help and not by any means, push me into a sale. They assisted me in picking the wood color and leather seat for a dining room side chair.
I took delivery yesterday and I am very pleased!

Ben and Kyle notified me with their ETA, and were prompt and prepared. Furniture looks great and we are ordering more.

I purchased a couch, which I loved after sitting on it for quite some time in store. Unfortunately, after receiving it, the feel just was not the same. It's truly hard to know how a custom piece is going to feel when not purchasing the tested model. That was my decision. In no way is Kings responsible for that.
While I was super bummed about not loving my couch, the customer service I received while purchasing and in handling the return, was beyond excellent!
The delivery team was great as well, taking their shoes off when asked and assembling my couch in a seamless and timely manner.
Kings Amish Furniture stands behind their products and their customer service goes above and beyond. I would not hesitate to work with/purchase from them again!

I purchased a dining room set from Kings Amish furniture to include table, 8 chairs, hutch, buffet, and 4 swivel bar stools. It's beautiful. I love it. Very well made, high quality furniture. Very easy to work with Kurt at the store. He let us take stain samples home to help us choose what we wanted. The company completed the order faster than we were expecting.Thats nice. The delivery people were easy to work with and delivered when they said on time. The 2 young men who delivered were very courteous and careful. They set everything up just where I wanted, showed me how to store my table leaves and work the light in my hutch. They made sure everything was just right before they left. Two fine young men with a good work ethic. Also, I must say that whoever was driving that full size 4 door pickup with that 15-20 foot trailer ( I didn't measure it) knows how to drive! We live down a narrow private gravel road with a tight turn into our driveway and he made the turn without dropping off our pipe or tearing up our yard or driveway. Our house is new and we have had a lot of deliveries that didn't go that well.
I highly recommend buying from this business.

My husband and I went to Kings Amish Furniture in Intercourse, PA.
Mr. Curt Yoder took his time and helped us pick out a new dining room table and four chairs. He spent time and explained the choices in woods and stains and seat leather. We made our selections and we're quite satisfied with the process.
The delivery company that Kings uses delivered our new furniture today and we were extremely pleased with the final product. The men who delivered the table and chairs were professional and we couldn't have been happier.
As a result, we will not hesitate to use Kings in the future.

Kings Amish Furniture offered us a wide selection of styles and finishes. We purchased a Bunker Hill style table with 4 leaves stored inside and could customize the table top style and edge. The table, when extended, can seat 10. They had a huge selection of chair styles to choose from and they can be customized with upholstery . We sat in all of them to find the best fit! The staff was knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. The set was delivered and set up with care and each piece was packaged securely with blankets and wrapping so that the furniture was in perfect condition. We are so pleased with this gorgeous table and comfortable chairs. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding.

Beautiful chairs, exactly as promised and delivery was on time and professional.

My husband and I purchased 4 kitchen chairs from this company. We visited several other stores on the same day we ventured into Kings Amish Furniture. The sales personnel, particularly Curt, were very interested in our purchasing the chairs we wanted, patiently explaining their construction and answering questions. There was no pressure. We chose a style and color and paid for the chairs. However, later we changed our minds about the style and phoned Curt the next day and let him know. The change was made and a slight deviation from the style shown was also made. We can't praise this business enough, the chairs were delivered and they are perfect. The color goes very well with the kitchen woodwork and look like they have always been there. A bonus is that they are very comfortable. Delivery was smooth.

Upon receiving my recently purchased table, I noticed a defect that required a new one to be made. Curt and team were very accommodating, working with me to ensure that the new table met all of my expectations. We worked with Curt and he was fantastic. We purchased the Herrington bedroom collection and it is beautiful. Curt was so kind and patient as we had different samples shipped in order to find our perfect wood and stain choice. We will definitely be working with this company again when we look for other furniture pieces. Delivery was great too, very good communications via text and email.

We ordered balcony gliders for our deck with a table, two balcony Adirondacks and a side table. We got the gliders and table very quickly but because it was so cold out yet, we put them together in the living room of our lake house. The cats have taken them over! The gliders are beautifully made as well as sturdy. So happy with our decision. Thank you Jennifer and Terry.

And live what I currently have. My mattress is a big hit with visitors. Best night sleep in years they say. Service is professional, very detailed and friendly staff. We purchased two full bedroom sets and are extremely happy with our purchase.
You all were wicked awesome. Everyone was great, very kind and helpful. The whole process went smoothly. Austin and Eric the young men did an outstanding job delivering the furniture no problems, and drove all the way to New Hampshire for our delivery. We are all so very happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that I know and even don’t know. It was much worth the trip to take for a long weekend to personally be able to see the beautiful furniture and to have the time and be able to experience the beauty of your community and the wonderful people who live there, everyone is so nice.
We will be back soon for another weekend trip looking for a coffee table and side tables. Will be looking forward to dropping in to see you.

We can't say enough about the great experience we had with King's Furniture. It started with Terry in the showroom who patiently worked with us in choosing a bedroom set. She is not only knowledgeable, but made the experience fun. The delivery was excellent with Ben and Kyle who gave us the white glove treatment upon delivery. The furniture is just beautiful. We chose the Versailles set and love the look. The workmanship is obvious the minute you look at this beautiful furniture.

The Holtwood cabinet maker graciously provided the 3 Pieces requested (a custom designed sideboard, bench and pantry) within a one month time frame. He also delivered them during the holiday weekend.
